We work alongside the HR team to provide support to Indigenous employees.

We identify and support recruitment, training and employment programs to increase representation and presence of Indigenous people within Carey Group. We also provide structured mentoring support and resources.

Cultural awareness and protocols

We work across the business units to improve Indigenous outcomes across core service delivery and operational outcomes and strengthen the capacity of Carey to deliver culturally appropriate core services.

Indigenous business opportunities

We facilitate business opportunities for Indigenous people and communities to support economic development.
